I have added some more details to the SLV Guide along with adding a Yellow Jacket guide. This guide is intended to help new players learn the basics of the mod along with providing a few tips and tricks. The guide is not perfect, but that I why I posted about it here. Feel free to correct any mistakes or provide your own tips and tricks for me to add to the guide! Any tips to help people become better at SLV are welcome. For example, I plan to add a section about DoubleJumpUT and how to use it with SLV.

I was reading the guide for the strangelove and I saw that you can have a Rear-View Camera. I never had it, so I wanna know how you can enable it?

Set showRearView to true in your SLV204.ini

Should be in your UT system folder. If you need one, here is one: http://www.ut-slv.com/slvguide/SLV204.ini (Right click & Save As to your UT System folder. Check the Customizing Strangelove section of the guide for a description of each setting you can change. (The settings near the bottom of the SLV204.ini file.)

Great job on this man, if it gets around to the begginers, im sure it will be mighty useful.

Just a few things to change maybe:

An armed rocket explodes as soon as it is damaged, an auto rocket only becomes "active" when the person jumps off (therefore if you crash into a wall with an auto rocket, it still wouldnt actually explode)
Again armed missiles can be shot anywhere with a yj shot (I THINK) as damaghe instantly blows it up. also just as a little extra i think (not sure though) that if someones shoots down a disarmed slv (while someone is riding on it) only the rocket goes down, so in wide / long battles it would make more sence to aim for the player.

Thanks for the Strangelove info posted in this forum; you've done a great job. I'm fairly new to Strangelove CTF and have searched high and low for a good guide to Strangelove. We play conventional CTF over at MFD but I've been trying to convince them to try Strangelove as it's (at least to me) a great deal more fun and it's very different in that it requires a great deal more skill. And as a result, it's quite a change. Don't get me wrong though, I still love to play conventional CTF but for now, Strangelove has captured my curiosity.

You're quite welcome to visit MFD as well. We're all a great bunch of folks to hang with too.
