And yeah yeah I know, it can do the web, etc... but honestly who the hell wants to surf the internet without a keyboard? Just typing this message would have taken a LONG time.

Also the iPad will run on an ARM processor at 1Ghz, which means it won't have any processing power behind it. You certainly won't be watching hi-def video content on it, the processor simply wouldn't be able to decode it fast enough. So no Netflix or Hulu streaming. No streaming = why would I want it?

But it will be a best seller because, in the words of Kurt, people LOVE technically inferior, shiny gobs of plastic. The way Apple comes in and takes over market shares makes me sick, their products are of incredibly shitty quality, they are overpriced to the extreme, and worst of all their software has no features. FFS it took Apple three years to add picture messaging to the iPhone. Also, how's that lack of multi-tasking feel, iPhone users? Windows-based phones have had that feature since 2001.

The best part is that after I post this, some moronic Apple fanboys will come along saying that I'm wrong. If that's true, PROVE IT. Show me ANY PRODUCT Apple makes that is not surpassed in quality, features, and price by a competitor.

There is streaming, only no high-def, and you can buy a special keyboard for the iPad too.

BTT: I think Sully is right. Apple owns a huge marketing machinery just to promote and sell products that are far behind the state of quality other manufacturers can provide. I am not very into the market for tablet pc's but my point was proven on mp3-players, phones and even laptops. Apple hypes the product in itself instead of selling it by constantly making it better. In this way, the technological process overtakes them in nearly every one of their products. But hey, its an APPLE PRODUCT.... i wonder when the iBall and the iCecream will be invented... everyone of them would be an iCon in its genre....

Also, what's the goddamn point on spending 500 on some hardware only to spend MORE to make it work well? I can bet the only available keyboards for it are gonna be Apple created with their "unique" (aka counter-productive) touch to it.

Apple is peice of shit, i bought an 16gb nano 5generation in the beginning of THIS month and it is already having problems with the fucking audio jack. Rubbish, i hope they give me my money back tomorrow.

I'll wait untill it's get cheaper first then.
